Hi there

I have submitted this question/problem in your question section =/- 9 hrs ago and have had no response as yet.how long will it take to receive a response?

I have also submitted this question/problem in the "contact us " sectionwhic requires a code "as shown below" to be entered, but there is no code shown.

PLEASE HELP!

On the 28 April 2008upon opening __meta__trader4 platform, my Bullion-Gold window failed to update. After some time I closed and tried to re-open the window.Ithen noticed that the Bullion-Gold option was not on the View-Charts dropdown list. Itried closing and re-opening the platform-to no avail. I then re-downloaded __meta__trader4 platform.This new platform was feeding the data from __meta__quotes server. this platform also did not have the Bullion-Gold chart option. Has this data feed been discontinued? What do I do to re- establish this data feed?
Please advise
